At Estelle Colored Glass, we want you to be completely enamored with your hand-blown glassware; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Secure the Glassware
Carefully repackage your items in their original Estelle signature gift boxes and protective outer shipping cartons to ensure they arrive safely without breakage.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
